Donnell has grown with our company since his appointment as 1^st Shift Assembly Operations Line Leader. He is always eager to learn new methods and accept new responsibilities. In addition, he helped develop the first daily production system and trains all new production employees on our assembly line.

Donnell has proven his commitment to STEC USA over the past several years with his reliability through our major milestones. His performance during Run-at-Rate this year was exceptional. He took ownership of the event and led the team which exceeded the customer’s expectations.

Donnell always has a smile on his face. He participates in the various employee and community engagement events with enthusiasm. We are proud to call him this year’s STAR of STEC.
