STEC was founded in 1951 and operates as a subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (SAIC Motor). STEC has a global workforce of 6,000+ serving more than 50 customers in every major region of the world. Almost all the major automobile manufacturers worldwide are amongst our customers.
